  TV Thriller Poster Idea.   My thriller is about a detective trying to solve a teenager's murder. T he target audience for this thriller is 16–25-year-olds and the characters' representation will encourage the audience to watch.    The thriller will start from the teenager's perspective. T he teenage is a part of the lower class, giving him little power . However, he is also very adventurous this may remind the target audience of themselves when they were a few years younger, which will encourage them to watch the thriller . The boy is exploring an old, abandoned church within a dense forest. He sees a ghost, so he runs out and tells everyone about it. No one believe s him, so he goes to investigate for himself.    Next it will switch to the detective's perspective .   Statement of Intent .   My thriller will be about a boy who sees a ghost in an abandoned church surrounded by a forest . He tells everyone what he sees, and no one believes him, so he goes to explore further only to be discovered days later dead in the forest. A detective then comes to investigate the murder and finds some strange things. The target audienc e for this thriller will be 16–25-year-olds and the detective's age will reflect thi s because he is the main character. The crime genre is also popular with this age ra nge so will make them want to watch the thriller more.   For my print advertisement, I will follow the rules of the Advertising Standards Authority .   Rejected Idea   This thriller will be abo ut a group of teenagers who enjoy camping in a forest but one night everything goes terribly wrong .   The thriller will start by showing this group of friends camping in the forest . One of the teenagers wakes up in the middle of the night and hears a loud noise but no one else seems to wake up. It will then skip to the morning where the rest of the group wakes up and the teenager who woke up during the night is missing. The teens then go on a mission to find out what happened to their friend. Through doing this they go through mom ents of suspense and surprise which are things that invoke the thriller genre.
